Thank you for using OneLinkPay.
These Terms explain how our platform works for both creators and buyers. By using OneLinkPay, you agree to the following:
1. What OneLinkPay Provides
- • OneLinkPay is a platform that enables creators to sell digital files.
- • Creators can upload a file, set a price, and share a payment link.
- • Buyers can purchase the product and receive a secure download link.
2. Responsibility for Products
- • Creators are fully responsible for the content they upload, including its accuracy, legality, and quality.
- • OneLinkPay does not review, verify, or endorse any products offered through the platform and does not own any uploaded content.
Buyers should purchase only from creators they trust.
3. Payments and Fees
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- • Creators must connect their Stripe account to receive payouts.
- • OneLinkPay charges a 10% platform fee on each sale to support operations and infrastructure.
4. Downloads and Access
After completing a purchase, buyers receive a secure download link with limited validity and download attempts.
If the link fails due to a technical issue, buyers may request a new link by providing proof of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
- • All sales are final.
- • Because digital products cannot be returned, OneLinkPay does not offer refunds for any purchases.
6. Disputes Between Buyers and Creators
- • Any issues regarding the content of a product (quality, accuracy, completeness, etc.) must be resolved directly between the creator and the buyer.
- • OneLinkPay is not involved in and does not mediate product-related disputes.
7. Prohibited Content
- • Creators may not upload or sell content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
- • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules or create risk for buyers or the platform.
